Where I live, there are a lot of refugees that need help. They seek shelter and furniture, some of the basic things for a home right? Well, the refugee resettlement program can provide that for them. I worked on a project for my school called the Fill-A-House project. We raised furniture and blankets in a wooden house on the stage until it was completely filled. Then, we donated it all to the program. It had a great turnout and it helped raised awareness for the refugees in my hometown who no one was aware of.
